Spa Policies

The purpose of this agreement is to allow us to serve you in a timely manner by eliminating waiting time and providing you with the best results possible during each visit.

Hours of Operation

Open Monday - Saturday 10AM - 7PM Closed Sundays

Reservations

Reservations are preferred; walk-ins and same day appointments are accepted. It is recommended to plan a week a head for weekend reservations. First time Clients require a credit card or gift card/certificate for confirmation.

Cancellations

We have a strict cancellation policy for spa and med spa procedures. A 24 hour notice of cancellation policy for single appointments and 72 hour cancellation policy for multiple services. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled services to your credit card or gift card/certificate.

Arrival

To make the most of your spa visit, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior allowing time for check in, use saunas showers or enjoy our organic hot tea. Late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will remain responsible for full service fees. This ensures you benefit of our services and respect our guests scheduled treatment time.

Etiquette

Cell phones, pagers must be placed in silent mode. We need to keep the spa peaceful for relaxation and meditation. Please speak and walk quietly.

Valuables

Even though we provide you with a locker and key, we suggest that you keep Your valuables at home. Le Soleil Day Spa is not responsible for missing, lost or damaged items.

Gratuity & Payments

We have a gratuity box at our check-out front desk. Gratuities may be given at your own discretion in appreciation for outstanding services provided by our staff. A customary 15% to 20% is suggested. Gratuities are not included in our price of services. We accept cash and all major credit cards only.

Gift Cards/Certificates or Spa Packages Return Policy

They are redeemable at the time services are rendered, but are not transferable or refundable.

Retail Products Return Policy

All items need to be in their original condition and are returnable within 7 days Of purchase with proof of purchase receipt for Store credit only. All gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
